    John H. Phillips

    Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

John Phillips, born and raised in Westhampton, boasts a long family lineage that includes the Culvers, Hallocks and Tuttles. He and his wife, Francie, proudly continue the family tree with their two daughters, Erin and Paige, and 3 grandchildren, Cassidy, Erik and Alice.

After graduating from Boston University, John began working in the family business, which was one of the largest duck hatcheries in the world. He was also on the board of directors for the Long Island Duck Farmers Co-op.

John's introduction into real estate began in 1986 when he started developing and subdividing family properties in the Westhampton area. His experience as general contractor is invaluable to being a real estate associate.

As Phillips Beach Realty folds into Town & Country, John looks forward to continuing to help others find their dream home, may it be a first home or a vacation home.

    Paul & Lisa Stroud, Westhampton

Francie and John Phillips were the most professional and knowledgeable real estate brokers. Our home was well priced and listed by them and we had an offer within a week. All appointments were well planned and our home and time were always respected. They were a valuable part of the entire process and why it went so smoothly. Francie and John also found us our new home. We knew the area and we knew what we wanted in a property. That can make things more difficult, but they found it. They know the market and the Westhampton area better than anyone. Our purchase became very complicated and Francie and John remained calm and focused through the months of turmoil and helped the sale become a reality. Their honest and never ending assistance was invaluable and we can never thank them enough.
