Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Licensed as Margaret A. Kisla

"The most exciting aspect of selling real estate in the Hamptons is 'making the perfect match' and finding each customer his or her dream property," says licensed real estate salesperson Peggy Kisla. "I love working with people, figuring out who they are and what they are looking for. The satisfaction in locating that unique home which reflects each customer or client is why I enjoy this business.

In 1998, Peggy began her successful Hamptons real estate career in Westhampton Beach as a salesperson with Phillips Beach Realty, since merged with Town & Country Real Estate. Her passion for real estate continues today as she satisfies every person's wish list and criteria whether buying, selling, relocating, or renting a vacation or forever home on the East End.

Originally from Westchester, Peggy and her husband settled in Westhampton, finding the ideal place to raise a family and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the East End. A former volunteer ambulance member, Peggy currently serves as a charter member of the Westhampton Yacht Squadron and is an active member of the Westhampton Beach Woman's Club in Westhampton Beach.

"Showcasing and sharing this beautiful community is important to me," says Peggy. With her deep rooted history in the Hamptons and ability to build long lasting relationships, Peggy's skill and instinct in "making the perfect match" is evident time and time again.

Peggy helped us purchase our house with great care and attention to detail and 20 years later, with the same high standards, she helped us list and sell it too. Highly recommend with no reservations.

Peggy and I met while walking our dogs on an early summer evening in 2012. I explained that I’d just moved to my Westhampton home full time from the city, but planned to downsize at some point. She gave me a big broad smile, told me she was a realtor and that she’d be delighted to help. And so we spent the next 5 years looking at new listings and doing comps on my house. She called me one day in the fall of 2017 and asked me to see a condo new to the market: a week later I was in contract to buy. She listed my house on market quickly and handled all the details for inspections and getting to the sales contract. She was always upbeat and patient through my emotionally charged transition. At the end of the day I have a beautiful new home and a wonderful friend. Thank you Peggy!

Thank you so much for helping us find a house that exceeded our expectations. We wanted at least three bedrooms, a bath and a half and a fireplace. You found us a house with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and two fireplaces. We also got a beautiful water-view, which is a luxury we never considered. The house we bought is also newer and larger than we thought we would find in our price range. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Dr. Mary Barr
