Patti Leber, a full time Montauk resident for the past 21 years and a second homeowner since the 80's, crossed the river from New Jersey to raise her two children on the East End of Long Island. Patti joined Town & Country Real Estate, coming from Kathleen Beckmann Real Estate, and has practiced real estate since 2008. With a Masters of Business in Finance from Rutgers University Patti's strong financial background, which includes working with Merrill Lynch in the 70's as a stockbroker, is a key to her success at understanding today's ever-changing real estate marketplace and the importance of finding value for her real estate buyers, renters, and sellers.

Since becoming a New Yorker, Patti became an active community member here in the Hamptons. Her passion for education enabled her to be on the Montauk School Board for the past 15 years, she currently serves as Vice President. She served on the Architectural Review Board and is now an active member of the Planning Board of East Hampton. Also, Patti is the Treasurer of Third House Nature Center whose main purpose is for students to learn about nature so that they can become the caretakers of their environment. Over the years Patti worked as part of a team of equally impassioned East Enders to create the Children's Museum of the East End in Bridgehampton. She was instrumental in the development of the Montauk Library Archival video project, worked with the Montauk Playhouse Theater committee, and the Lion's Field Project to name a few. Her current passions include the Montauk Writers Group and the Hamptons Take 2 Documentary Film Festival.

Patti's dedication, honesty, and thoroughness make her committed to being your guide through the ins and outs of the real estate market in the Hamptons. She enjoys the local ambiance with a global approach. With her experience, commitment to the community, and business acumen Patti could work as a real estate agent anywhere in the Hamptons yet she says, "Working at Town & Country Real Estate offers a breadth of marketing experience and knowledge without losing the local feel of why we want to live here."
