A Creative Director in advertising. That was my first career. Twenty-five years of image-making and Twenty-five years of ad campaigns due "YESTERDAY..." enough!...I was done". I always loved houses and architectural design so I decided to change careers and change my life.I sold my co-op and moved my family out of New York. I choose the East End because I wanted to live in the natural beauty of the Hampton beaches - white sand, blue ocean and exquisite light.Soon after I settled in, I started buying houses, redesigning houses, rebuilding and selling houses - I love everything about the process. Everything!..it all intriques me. I also find fascinating is how each village has its own vibe and how residents can be distinctly different from one village to another. New York has the Eastside, Westside, Chelsey, etc. - we have Southampton, Easthampton, Sag Harbor and so on - each is different, each offers something else.I am committed to this exquisite area and the lifestyle that goes along with it. When Townand Country invited me to join forces with their sales team in EastHampton, I saw it as the culmination of my past work experience - understanding advertising and marketing and how it impacts the sale of a house - searching for a property and evaluating it for its current value and untapped potential - and finally, knowing the market from first-hand experience and zeroing in on the right property - the one that says to a buyer ..."HELLO, YOU'RE HOME".
Testimonials About Dennis Ferrone:
Working with Dennis was terrific. A good listener, he "hears" you and is definitely selective, I wasted no time on the ridiculous. CHLOE HANSEN, Bridgehampton.
I've seen what he's done to houses and spaces so I knew he knows what he's doing. His taste is great and was right on about the changes I should make, I can't believe it's the same house. JOAN OVERLOCK, Easthampton.
So enthusiastic, he gets very involved in what he shows you and helps you see ?past? what?s in front of your face. I have no imagination, I can?t tell you how he helped open my eyes.URSULA KALISH, Bridgehampton.
