When it comes to deep roots, Hamptons real estate agent Linda Casinover is the epitome of a Hamptons native. As a 4th generation native of Sag Harbor, Linda grew up in a close-knit community where at least three sets of cousins were right down the street. "When I grew up you knew everyone," says Linda. "Even with all of the summer rentals and vacation homes you still see lots of familiar faces in Sag Harbor. It still feels like a small town. It will always be home to me."

As time went by she moved a bit east and put down roots in Springs, East Hampton in 2000. Now, she is near the beach and enjoys the benefits of a coastal lifestyle, "I love to go down to Maidstone Beach with my grandkids. I drive on and stay all day." Linda's career path to real estate began as a paralegal focusing on real estate law and estate planning. "I got into real estate because of my family. They had homes to sell and I got into the business," says Linda. From there her real estate career and her buyers network grew as she moved into property management. "I sold the homes and units that I managed. Homeowners trusted me to take care of all the details." That attention to detail and close connection to her clients and customers are the keys to her success in the Hamptons real estate market.

Over the course of her career, Linda sold many homes and properties. She specializes in condo and co-op sales in East Hampton. Looking at the state of the real estate market Linda says, "The condo market in the Hamptons is very strong right now."

Testimonials About Linda Casinover:

I made a “gratitude list” a few sleepless nights ago and carefully selected who and what went on this mental accounting. Linda Casinover, Property Manager and friend, made the cut for the short list. She delivers; she has integrity; she’s smart; and she’s curious. She is irreplaceable as the Manager at Dune Alpin Farm. She grew up in the area. She follows through. Bottom line—she can be trusted! Selling your home is never an easy proposition. The emotional effect just compounds the transactional issues we all face during this transition. When my wife and I sold our home in East Hampton we worked with Linda. She was not only efficient in a transactional sense but she also took the time to understand our needs and actively listen to our concerns. She smoothed out the rough edges and made the selling experience as stress free as you can imagine. We highly recommend her. Peter Smergut, Former Executive Director at Life’s WORC-Retired
