This Amagansett Beach house is a stones throw to a deeded private ocean beach. The house is very private with a large grassy back yard, surrounded by tall pine and oak trees, and beautiful flower gardens. Outdoor decking is extensive, and the entire back yard plus south deck is totally enclosed. Outdoor meals are constant in the summer! Offering on open kitchen plan and a flexible dining area. There are dramatic cathedral ceilings in the living room and in the TV room/convertible guest room. Large windows welcome the beautiful outside to be constantly enjoyed from the inside ....living surrounded by nature! There are 2 fully enclosed bedrooms, the primary with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom, plus a twin bed in the loft. In addition, there are 2 convertible single beds in the TV room, which can be made private by pulling down the white solar screen from the ceiling. A second bathroom, with shower, serves guests staying in the TV room/convertible guest room, and in the sleeping loft. In addition, there's an outdoor shower.The decor is beachy modern with a very white, glass and airy interior that feels like you're living in the middle of nature.
