Janice Hummel grew up in Montauk and attended East Hampton High School before studying Media Studies at Hunter College in New York. After returning to the east end to start a family, she began her real estate career as an assistant to a top producer, gaining a wealth of experience in client relations and closing numerous deals at all price points.

Renovating and decorating her own homes, coupled with a distinguished family building business sparked a passion for interior design and architecture that has been invaluable to helping her clients envision themselves in their new homes. Janice works with buyers, sellers, and renters giving each one the same level of dedication and commitment.

In addition to real estate, Janice is very active in her community, serving on the board of the Amagansett School PTA and the board of the Children’s Museum of the East End. She is also a Longhouse Reserve Junior Council Member and is active in a variety of other local causes. She lives in Amagansett with her husband Jon and three young daughters.
