About Noyac

Noyac

On the edge of Noyack Bay, Noyack is located in the township of Southampton and lies between North Haven and North Sea Harbor. Named from the Indian word meaning a long neck of land, Noyack is probably best know for the sandy beaches of Long Beach. But the popularity of Morton Wildlife Refuge is what draws so many to the area fo a day of having chickadees eat birdseed right from their hand. Similarly, Trout Pond is also and all-time favorite to sit and eat lunch, take a cool and refreshing swim, or just stroll the trails surrounding the freshwater pond. Noyack is hilly and woodsy, yet beachy with open bay views.
