Amy Condit has recently joined Town & Country as a real estate agent, turning her passion into her career. For three decades, Amy has lived and worked as a teacher on the East End and in NYC suburbs in Westchester and Rockland Counties. Currently a resident of Southold, she has lived in Bridgehampton, Chappaqua, Scarsdale, Orangeburg and Nyack. She spent her teaching career in the Irvington and Sag Harbor systems. Amy's sweet spot is her in-depth market knowledge of both the Hamptons and the North Fork and supporting people as they make real estate transitions across the greater New York area.
Amy moved to Southold from Bridgehampton in 2020. “I love how the North Fork is so accessible – you can hike and kayak anywhere. There’s a certain peace here among the farms, vineyards and beaches. I look forward to sharing my NoFo love affair with my clients.”
But leaving the South Fork was not an easy decision. She developed her appreciation for the emotional and financial potential of a great real estate transaction when she searched for years to find the perfect parcel of land amid a vineyard and horse farms in Bridgehampton and worked with a noted builder to craft her dream home. She has engaged in numerous transactions since -- as buyer, seller, and renter.
“When it comes to real estate, I love bringing people who are less familiar with the East End out to explore the incredible opportunities here."
