After a lifelong career in sales, the opportunity to sell Hamptons' real estate was presented and finally realized. Bob Immacolato entered the real estate industry in February 1987 as Managing Partner of South Fork Realty's Sagaponack office. He spent 10 years honing skills, and learning all aspects of his primary service area, which was Sagaponack, Bridgehampton, and Wainscott. Following 10 years in that position, Bob purchased the building and property at 407 Montauk Highway in Wainscott, and opened Twin Pines Realty on March 1997. For the next 17 years he operated a small, but successful boutique business where he sold and rented the full gamut of properties - from cottages to ocean fronts, commercial properties to subdivisions.
In late 2014 a very good offer was presented for the 407 property, and it came at a time when competition in Hamptons' real estate reached fever pitch. Bob arranged a meeting with long time colleague Judi Desiderio, and in early 2015 he came aboard as associate broker for Town & Country Real Estate. Based out of the Bridgehampton office, Bob brings decades of concentrated real estate knowledge, negotiating capability and overall real estate savvy to every transaction he's involved in.
