B B King has established himself as the Hampton's Commercial Broker for the East End of Long Island, including both the North Fork and South Fork. Born in Los Angeles and raised in New York City, B B learned the commercial, retail, and residential real estate business in Houston, Texas and New York City.
B B started his career at Dean Witter Reynolds in Houston, Texas as a Financial Adviser specializing in real estate private placements for high net worth individuals. He found he had a passion for real estate and with that came success. He loved Texas however he also realized that sometimes you have to leave a place to realize how much you miss it. B B returned to his home, New York City, to continue his real estate career in commercial and retail brokerage at ESG, the Goldman Sachs of New York Commercial brokerage. He worked as a commercial/retail broker representing clients and or concluding transactions for Tishman Speyer, Silverstein Properties, Zucker Organization, The Trump Organization, and Solomon Equities to name a few.
He learned the business of real estate from some of the most prominent developers, investors, and brokers in New York. This built the foundation for his success today. B B works for Town & Country Real Estate, the premiere real estate company on the East End of Long Island. He has been fortunate to represent tenants, landlords, developers, and investors on the East End. Their comments and testimonials together with the successful closing of the transactions speaks to his character, integrity, and ability to negotiate the best deals for his clients.
B B lives on the East End of Long Island with his wife, Mary, whom he met in college. They have a son Harrison who works in private equity in Washington, D. C. B B's interests are riding horses, visiting the farmers and ranchers of the North Fork, and fishing in the bays of the East End for fluke and sea bass. B B is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and continues to work on his sparring and self defense.
