Eileen Grubb spent her childhood in Sagaponack growing up across the street from “The Little Red Schoolhouse” and attended local schools in both Southampton and Bridgehampton. A staunch believer in the value of education and learning, Eileen earned her BS in Physical Therapy and MS in Health Care Policy and Management from SUNY Stony Brook. Most recently, she completed a NYS Citizen Public Health Leader course though Cornell University in order to promote health literacy as it relates to COVID-19.
“My life long exposure to the individual characteristics of the towns comprising the East End communities coupled with working in the Bridgehampton office of Town and Country, provides me with a wealth of knowledge that I can pass on to my customers and clients," says Eileen. "As a local resident, I have had the good fortune to witness first hand architecture that is uniquely diverse as it has evolved from the traditional saltbox and turn of the century shingled beach house to the cutting edge house of today.”
Eileen’s first career as a physical therapist working closely with patients at Southampton Hospital helped her develop the communication skills necessary for a successful outcome. A real estate professional since 2007, Eileen knows the importance of actively listening to buyers and sellers to optimize their understanding of the real estate process and to ensure their experience is a positive one.
