Jim is a long time native north fork resident, who grew up in the small town of New Suffolk, NY. During his elementary school years, Jim attended the little red schoolhouse, that sits off of New Suffolk Road and later attended Sacred Heart Parochial School, now known as the Peconic Community School. He is a graduate of Southold High School and later graduated from Saint Josephs College where he majored in Business Administration.
After spending 23 years in the Pharmaceutical industry, as a medical and Pharma sales representative, Jim left the industry to pursue a career in Real Estate, having an intense interest in housing and undeveloped land here across the Island including the South Forth. Jim is a very passionate and caring individual. He later pursued his real estate goals and received his NY State Real Estate License in 2022. His passion for assisting people from all walks of life and help them own a part of the American dream by owning their own home, has been Jim's number one priority throughout his real estate career.
Jim now resides in the town of Southold and can often be found at the Custer Institute Observatory located off of Main Bayview Road in Southold where he spends a good deal of time doing outreach programs at local wineries and other venues to help visitors learn about the wonders of our night sky and also raise funds for the historic not-for-profit organization.
