Leah W. Carr

Leah W. Carr joined Town & Country Real Estate in 2023 as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker following 30 years of commercial real estate experience in NYC.

After graduating from New York University with a degree in Art History, Leah and her family settled in NYC and spent summers on the East End. For the past 20+ years, Leah has been buying, renovating, building and selling homes in East Hampton for the joy of it. She has a love for the community and a keen understanding of what sells in the Hamptons.

In addition to her residential experience, Leah continues in her role as Managing Director, Broker, Acquisitions Manager and investor at Margules Properties, Inc. in New York City, a real estate Investment/Management company with over $250,000,000 in multi- family and mixed-use properties. With 30 plus years in the industry, Leah has a demonstrated history working closely with mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys and banks.

Joining Town & Country Real Estate to work along-side some of the smartest brokers and agents on the East End is a dream come true. Town & Country takes pride in building quality business. It invests in its team members and Leah is proud to have been chosen to join the East Hampton team.
