Patrick M. Galway

Executive Sales Manager Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

Prior to joining Town & Country Real Estate as Executive Sales Manager of the Westhampton Beach office, Patrick Galway was an Associate Broker with Allan Schneider Associates and a Vice President with the Corcoran Group. He has been a continuous top producer throughout his real estate sales career.

As Executive Sales Manager at Town & Country, Patrick maintains a large clientele base of buyers and sellers, manages exclusive properties, and assists clients with all aspects of real estate transactions. He maintains a large referral base of qualified attorneys and loan originators in order to make the process of selling or buying a home a smooth and seamless experience. Patrick oversees over 30 sales associates and brokers, ensuring that the firm offers the most comprehensive services possible.

Patrick is an Associate Broker and Certified Real Estate Appraiser with 25 years of experience in his respective fields. He has a broad base of knowledge of both the East End and Manhattan markets. Formerly a Senior Appraiser at the prestigious Miller Samuel Appraisal firm in Manhattan, he was praised by Jonathan Miller, President of the firm, as "a hardworking professional who has a wide array of valuation experience and extensive local market knowledge." Patrick was also the New York City appraiser for Westchester's Houlihan and O'Malley Real Estate Appraisal firm in Bronxville, NY.

Patrick also owns Patrick M. Galway Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting, which specializes in the appraisal of high end Hamptons' real estate. Throughout Patrick's multi-faceted career, he has always specialized in luxury real estate. In addition, he has extensive experience covering matrimonial, trust and estate, federal historic preservation, mortgage origination, relocation, asset valuation, share allocation, foreclosure, and bankruptcy matters.

While growing up in Southampton Town, Patrick worked with contractors and builders. His knowledge of the physical and financial sides of construction led him to manage multiple residential construction sites in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, California early in his career.

One of Patrick's inspirations was his great-grandfather, founder of Galway Excavation Company in Manhattan. The firm prepared sites for such notable buildings as the Flatiron Building, the New York Public Library and Bryant Park.
