Vanessa Sanmartin

Vanessa Sanmartin is a true New York City native and Hamptons area expert who uses her legal, marketing and real estate background to thoroughly match her clients' desired goals in purchasing, selling and renting their homes. A veteran of the NYC luxury apartment scene, Vanessa has quickly adapted to the Hamptons real estate market. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. John's University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Hofstra University School of Law, Vanessa brings to her clients a unique blend of business, legal, and real estate expertise. Vanessa has successfully sold several luxury homes on the East End at record breaking prices. A traveler to various continents, Vanessa speaks Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and French and has successfully utilized her multilingual abilities by creating and running a profitable legal interpreting company. She has also brought her knowledge and experiences to the classroom as she teaches various graduate business courses. A former Division I-A tennis player at St. John's, Vanessa continues to love the sport and play in her free time. She also enjoys indoor cycling and has her certification as a spinning instructor.
