Laura Mott's journey in the advertising world started at BBDO in New York, where she held the position of New Business Account Executive. During her tenure, she worked on high-profile accounts for brands such as Apple, Pepsi, and Lever Brothers. However, after years of hustle and bustle in the city, Laura was drawn to the peace and beauty of the Hamptons, where she had spent every summer of her childhood in Montauk.
Laura put her advertising expertise and computer design skills to good use when she joined the real estate firm Allan M. Schneider & Associates. There, she honed her real estate knowledge and pioneered the idea of an in-house advertising department for real estate companies. She later took on the role of Advertising Director of the Hamptons region at Prudential Douglas Elliman.
In 2009, Laura joined Town & Country Real Estate as its Director of Marketing. She leads the company's marketing efforts in this role and works closely with its 180 agents. Laura believes that the key to successful marketing is professionalism, knowledge, and experience and that providing the best possible service to agents is the same as agents providing the best possible service to their customers and clients.
