Looking at All North Fork Markets Combined, and the strong 3rd Quarter Home Sales report activity is confirmed! The Total Home Sales Volume grew an impressive +38% with +20% more home Sales and an +18% increase in Median Home Sales Price. All price ranges experienced gains except the under $500K, which undoubtedly is due to lack of inventory.
